Laverstoke Estate Day – Tuesday 19th July 2016

We are able to welcome up to 180 pupils from our local primary schools for this Estate Day.

Six groups of pupils (up to 30 from the same school) experience an exciting round-robin of six activities throughout the day, including handling chicks, petting our buffalo calves and planting pots of salad. Picnic lunches are eaten in the grounds of Laverstoke Estate, the home of Jody and Clare Scheckter.

One afternoon in June, a compulsory risk assessment and briefing session for the lead teachers will be held after school at Clare Scheckter’s home.
