During 2011, Laverstoke Park welcomed well over three thousand students of all ages to the farm to discover first-hand why farms are important and where food really comes from.

Our visitors can study many different aspects of farming and food production,  with tours that include our dairy buffalo milking parlour, pigs and piglets, egg-laying chickens, walled garden, compost site, analytical laboratory and much more. We offer hands-on experiences such as bottle-feeding buffalo calves, handling chicks and planting salads.  We raise awareness and encourage respect for animals and the environment whilst ensuring that everyone has an educational and fun day out!
