Why is Laverstoke Farm special?
......... because we run our farm organically and bio-dynamically.
Organic means that we do not use any chemicals or poisons on our land. We want to look after our land the natural way.
Bio-dynamic means that we farm in the 'super organic' way. We put lots of natural compost on our land to make it healthier and full of life. We follow special planting rules.
