Beds

We have four main beds where we grow our vegetables.

Here we grow vegetables like parsnips, carrots, potatoes and beetroot.  We call them root vegetables because it is the root part of the plant that we eat.

Here we grow vegetables like cauliflowers,broccoli, calabrese and cabbages.  With this type of vegetable we eat the flowers and leaves.

Here we grow mainly runner beans. Other bean varieties are French beans and broad beans.
